Venison for products under the "Chukchum" brand is grown in environmentally friendly conditions of Chukotka (Anadyr, Kanchalansky farm) in the conditions of free grazing. Natural herbs and juniper berries are used as spices. Products are prepared for 40 days by dry-curing that adds bright saturated taste and a dense texture to it.
